Do you have a physical store, or are you online only?

Yes, we have a physical showroom located at 7200 Martin Grove Road, Woodbridge, Ontario.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship most orders via Purolator. Some larger or custom items may not be eligible for shipping and will show Pick-Up Only at checkout.

Items requiring installation are only available for delivery within the Greater Toronto Area and will be delivered by our in-house team.

Orders with custom cushions will be delivered once all components, including cushions, are ready.

Can I track my order once it’s shipped?

Yes, once your order has been shipped through Purolator, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we provide professional installation for items that require setup, but only for deliveries within the GTA. Our team will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient delivery and installation time.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on select items within 14 days of delivery or pickup, provided they are unused and in original condition. Custom orders, including custom cushions, are final sale. Please contact us in advance before initiating a return.

Do your products come assembled?

Some smaller items may arrive fully assembled, while larger products may require light assembly. For items delivered within the GTA that include installation, our team will take care of everything for you.

Do you offer custom cushion options?

Yes, many of our furniture pieces come with the option to customize cushion colours and fabrics.
